The software behind the service.

Juece Enterprises created Audenix™ — the software that reads the documents and builds the returns. Audenix is powered by the Titan™ engine. Here's what it actually does — no hype, just the work.

TITAN — Text Injection, Transcript Analysis Nucleus.

Reads the documents

Reads every box on a W-2 — wages, withholding, Social Security and Medicare, state wages, employer info, the coded boxes, the checkboxes — and handles multiple W-2s per client.

Reads common 1099s — retirement (1099-R), contractor (1099-NEC), and interest (1099-INT) — and handles the cascades each one triggers.

Reads the 1095-A marketplace statement — the full 12-month grid — and flows it to the premium tax credit form.

Reads a driver's license or state ID from a photo — pulls the ID type, number, issuing state, and expiration, and uses it to help identify the taxpayer.

Reads official IRS transcripts for amendment work, and intelligently merges multiple transcript types, preferring the more complete source for each figure.

Core trust point

Flags rather than fabricates. When a document is unclear — a masked SSN, a faded scan — it re-scans to be sure, then flags exactly what it couldn't confirm for the preparer to complete. It never silently guesses.

Builds the return

Creates the return and enters taxpayer identity, double-checking the SSN against the document before building.

Enters every W-2 and all state wage info with no keyboard time from the preparer — and avoids duplicate income.

Adds the correct state return automatically from the client's address.

Reconstructs prior returns line-by-line from transcripts for amendments, and helps add the 1040-X.

When the IRS transcript and the paperwork don't match, Audenix rebuilds the original return line by line, then builds the amendment (1040-X) — showing exactly what changed, and by how much.

Core trust point

Shows a plan first — “I'm going to add a 1099-R, a Schedule C, and a 1040-X” — and only proceeds once the preparer approves. Nothing happens behind the preparer's back.

The whole household

The preparer picks a filing status; Audenix assembles the whole family — primary, spouse, dependents — and lets the preparer assign roles in one step.

Lets the preparer type in dependents who aren't on any document — name, SSN, birthdate, relationship.

Handles every filing status — Single, Married Filing Jointly, Married Filing Separately, Head of Household, and Qualifying Surviving Spouse — each with the right fields.

You stay in control

Does the tedious 90% and hands the preparer the 10% that needs a license.

Shows its work in real time, with sensitive numbers masked.

A go-back safety net that re-fills cleanly without duplicates if something hiccups.

Stops and tells the preparer if a critical step fails, instead of barreling past it.

Hardened to work patiently on slow internet.

Business & records

Pay-agreement generation for offices configured for it.

A reporting mode that pulls numbers out of returns already in CrossLink.

Built with security in mind — sensitive data masked throughout, with secure clean-up and archiving of finished client materials.

The narrative writer

For amendments, drafts the required written explanation of what changed, in the office's own professional voice — so the preparer edits a polished draft instead of facing a blank box.

What's Next

Growing fast — and licensing is on the horizon.

Licensing — coming soon.

Audenix™ will be available for firms to license and run directly — by application, as we onboard carefully. If that's the version you've been waiting for, say so on your discovery call and we'll hold you a place in line.

More forms — such as, but not limited to, 1099-DIV, 1099-G, and others.
